After more than 30 years in design and gallery curation, I began painting seriously in the Winter of 2019, as the pandemic raged.
My collage work is based on many years working with paper and type designing stationary. I work with paper and board, hand-made papers and anything that may hold an interesting texture or shape. I embellish from time to time, as the theme permits, with found objects.
My paintings are acrylic on canvas or board and explore my current interest in color depth in geometrics as well as more organically abstract.
